Lee Hyori has long been considered the nation's top sexy female diva. She has the cute eye smile with a curvy figure, outstanding stage presence and charisma with an easygoing personality. In other words, she has it all.

And a lot of other solo female singers have been cited to be the 'next Lee Hyori' in the past and the present. So who are the the top candidates worthy of such a title? Media outlet Sports Donga picked out some female artists they believe are the possible 'post-Lee Hyori' or the 'next Lee Hyori'. 

Back in the 2000s, Ivy and Son Dam Bi dominated the scene as two very popular solo female singers, and were often thought to be the 'next Lee Hyori'. However the two are currently taking a break from their singing activities.

Which brings us to the top solo singers and upcoming solo singers of this year. SECRET's Hyosung recently released her solo mini-album 'Fantasia', and Seo In Young just made a comeback too. KARA's Hara is set to make her solo debut next month and 4minute's HyunA will make her anticipated solo comeback in August.

Sports Donga says HyunA is likely the strongest candidate for she has had continuously successful solo comebacks over the past few years with her sexy concept. The reporter also looks forward to what Hara has to bring, as she's known to be able to pull off both cute and sexy. Seo In Young, however, they say seems to be taking a rather different route by changing up her style and concept, to focus more on the emotional aspect of the song rather than the visuals.
