Song Jae Rim addressed suspicions of plastic surgery during his interview with Newsen recently. The hunky model-turned-actor has the perfect, chiseled good looks that might have people in denial of such natural perfection, but he proved that yes, someone like him could exist without aesthetic procedures!
He said, "People look at me and say I did plastic surgery, but I never rested more than two months, so did not even have time for plastic surgery. I went into some community site once and they were saying that I had double-jaw surgery. At first, I came out after losing weight so I was 59 kg (~ 130 lbs) and growing out my hair long. There were about five pictures posted on my Instagram, and there was a picture of me with long hair at 62 kg (~ 137 lbs). In addition, at the time, I did not look like a skull like I had in 'The Moon That Embraces the Sun.' I think the face can look quite different based on the angle. I tend to have wide cheekbones, but because of a smiling habit, I think I even got smiling muscles," overall, denying he'd gone under the knife.
He also talked about his plans for a next project. "I am currently looking at my schedule. Rather than wanting to do something specifically, I'm looking at both dramas and movies. I am addicted to work. My motto is to not rest for more than two months. I want to become an actor that can consistently work."
Looks like he'll be acting in something new soon, then, so get excited!
