During the interview, the actor explained that despite his cold appearance, he is surprisingly similar to his character in the drama. He said, "There are a lot of similarities between Lee Sang Woo and Kwon Yool. For instance, I am cautious when I meet someone. Whether it's a love relationship or just any other relationship, I try to be cautious when I approach that person. Sometimes people misunderstand me and think that I am keeping my distance."

He then added, "Another similarity would be that when I open my heart, I try my best to take the other person into consideration. I try to make my people happy. Aside from that, I take on the leader role when I'm with my friends. I like going out, playing soccer, and even like to curse."
Lastly, Kwon Yool revealed that he has been single for a while due to his busy schedule. He said, "Honestly, I'm not even thinking about dating," and added that he is currently happy because he is able to act.
