K-PLAYGROUND

The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism is in search of what Korea means to you and its values. Participants like you can submit various works such as photos, drawings, and videos, capturing the essence of Korea, or in other words, "Korean DNA".  The content of the work submitted is open to your own interpretation and imagination. However, all works must suit the overall theme of the contest.

This event is open to all nationalities, age, and genders. The objective is to capture something that best describes 'Korea.' For example, if you think K-Pop is what best describes your views of 'Korea,' express that into your video clip, drawing, or picture! Make sure you also write a brief description that explains your thought process.

There is no limit to how many projects you can submit. However, you cannot submit the same project twice and/or submit the same project to Korean and English application sites. Content that has been already used in other giveaways/contest or work that violates the copyright law will also be eliminated.

The 'Looking of KOREAN DNA' event will be held until June 30, 2015 and the winners will be announced on Friday, July 24, 2015.

The grand prize winner of the event will be awarded with two (2) roundtrip tickets to Korea from wherever you are. Five (5) second place winners will be given two (2) tickets to the YG/SM Hologram concerts.

The prizes stated above are only applicable for participants who apply through allkpop.
