EXO's Baekhyun strutted confidently onto the baseball field on June 16 to throw the first pitch in the '2015 Tiger Bank KBO League' game (SK Wyverns versus Hanhwa Eagles) at the Eagles Park.
He relayed a cute message to the fans who were sitting excitedly in the benches, hardly able to hide their glee as they squealed with their friends, before confidently throwing a nicely arched ball into the glove and, in a no-big-deal manner, turned around to walk off the mound to screams of delight.

However, while this may have appeared as an innocent interaction between idol and fans, there was a lot of criticism regarding the behavior of his fans. It was remarked by MyDaily that it was necessary to purchase a ticket in order to enter the baseball field for viewing, but many of the fans counterfeited a ticket in order to enter for free, which is considered a crime. To make matters worse, some fans were caught by reporters entering the baseball grounds with counterfeited media passes to get closer to Baekhyun, an act that often happens at concerts, as well.
On top of that, after Baekhyun finished throwing his first pitch, a flood of fans stood up to leave as if the game was over, showing their disinterest in the actual sporting event. Other fans rushed to where Baekhyun was sitting at the Sky Lounge to snap more pictures, causing disturbances to other people who came to watch the game.
Upon learning of this, some netizens criticized the fans for giving EXO a bad name and disturbing other spectators, one person writing, "How pathetic, how pathetic. Let's say they can like [EXO] and follow [EXO] around at that age, but they shouldn't inconvenience other people," and another pointing out, "Fans of Hanhwa were probably infuriated. There probably were Hanhwa fans who were unable to sit at the seats they wanted because of those people."
What are your thoughts on the behavior of his fans? Understandable or inconsiderate? Or plain nothing new?
