According to reports, the actress held a composed attitude and posture throughout the shoot despite her hectic filming schedule. During the follow-up interview, Seo Hyun Jin revealed that she is finally happy to have found a role perfect for her as she talked affectionately about the drama, 'Let's Eat 2'.
She said, "The role really fits me well, so I have fun acting. If I'm told that I don't need to look pretty, acting gets really fun since there are a lot of things that I can do. When the director says, 'You need to look pretty here!' I argue back saying that not looking pretty is Suzy's charm."
The actress also talked about the days when she wasn't as popular and shared that she thought of quitting multiple times. Seo Hyun Jin said, "My parents were against [me acting] for seven to eight years. Honestly though, I wasn't confident enough to do anything else. This was the only thing I knew how to do, so I just kept going at it. My younger brother is currently preparing for employment, and he once asked me how I was able to persevere. I told him that it's not that I persevered, but I just endured through it. In the end, enduring it is how you win."

These days, Seo Hyun Jin said that she enjoys the simple things in life and wishes to maintain her personal life even with the fame. She said, "Most people think it's important to manage their personal lives. I don't really care about what others say. The interest is temporary. I don't want to lose my happiness."
