BESTie explain that the visibility of their undergarments in their jacket photos is related to the concept of their song

BESTie just had their showcase for upcoming mini-album 'Love Emotion' on May 6, and they talked about their fun and perhaps slightly risque concept.

If you watched their music video teaser yesterday, you'd have seen that the girls were able to see someone's hidden thoughts and feelings by wearing a special pair of glasses. 

So when they were asked about the concept behind their outfits this time, they said, "We went with a 'see-through' idea to relate to how you can see someone's inner motives when you wear those special glasses (in our MV), but you can't when you don't wear them. So when you see our album jacket photos, we seem like we're covered up. When you look from away, it looks like just a t-shirt, but when you look closely, you can see our undergarments. We included that see-through theme [to relate to our song concept]."

The girls also caught attention for their stage outfits worn for their performances at the showcase, as seen in the photo below. 

They explained, "The key point of our outfits are the stockings. We play around with our stockings. We went through a lot of materials and discussed with our agency staff. They accepted a lot of our ideas so we're more confident for our stage performance."
