Just earlier, YTN had reported the woman 'B' who sued Zest member 'A' for rape was a female idol, leaving the public to throw in their own guesses about who 'B' could be. In response, ZEST's company Zenith Star Entertainment spoke up to reveal that 'B' is not a currently promoting idol, but a former one.
On March 6, the company said, "We heard 'B' is from an idol background. However, the group she was in disbanded without having promoted properly. She has stopped all activities as a celebrity."
Zenith Star Entertainment continued to firmly deny any allegations, commenting, "It's true that the two met last year. However, 'B' suddenly sued for rape after they stopped seeing each other. She is saying that she is the victim. It is an absurd situation for us."

On their potential comeback, the agency shared with Sport's Today, "ZEST's next album was originally planned to be released in early April. But we will only be able to release new material after this matter is resolved."
