On December 5, former Korean Air vice president Heather Cho made headlines when it was reported that she turned a plane around in order to kick out a crew member. The story goes that Cho was dissatisfied with how her nuts were served to her (hence the title "nut rage"). Cho then verbally abused stewardess Kim, who served her the nuts, as well as purser Park, before ordering the plane to turn around to kick Park off.
On December 8, Park took his first sick leave saying that he suffered psychological trauma and that he couldn't sleep and was hearing voices. The sick leave lasted until the 27th, but Park has taken sick leave multiple times since.
On February 1, Park returned to work from his second sick leave. He was assigned to domestic flights as well as flights to and from Japan. Park then took his third leave on the 6th and will now be taking a fourth starting February 20 until April 10 for a 50-day absence.

Even if you can't console him, don't look at him with a critical eye please...," "Seriously... is his supervisor bossy and on his back or something...? The supervisor must think it's okay to make a U-turn on a plane keke," and, "If Asiana scouts this guy, it will boost their [ticket] sales."
