A rep from their agency Yedang Entertainment told OSEN on February 5, "EXID digitally released 'Up & Down' in Japan today... They only released the Korean version as is, and they don't have plans to promote [in Japan] yet." Music distributor Sony Music released the song on Japanese music sites including 'Recochoku' and more, making it widely accessible for fans in Japan.
