According to the February issue of 'Women's JoongAng', Park Jung Hyun is dating an English professor who works at a university in Seoul, and is a Korean-Canadian in his mid-40s with a clean-cut and built visual. They were reported to have met through another professor whose wife is a friend of Park Jung Hyun. Park Jung Hyun, who also graduated from Columbia University with a major in English literature, has been said to be of help to her alleged boyfriend's profession, and performed at the festival and homecoming-day party for the university.
Park Jung Hyun (Lena Park) also gave a lecture on 'Why English Literature?' at the university, and those around them have said, "They have a lot of things in common since they're both from overseas, and it seems they rely on each other a lot." Sources stated, "As much as they're at the age for marriage, they are sincerely thinking about marriage."
Her agency rep confirmed, "It is true that Park Jung Hyun is in a relationship. They started dating last year after being introduced through mutual friends, and they are in the early stage of their relationship."
