Jung Woo Sung explained why he paid only partially for Yoon Min Soo's meal.
The topic came up as previously, Yoon Min Soo had appeared on 'Radio Star' and revealed, "I met Jung Woo Sung by chance at a restaurant, and he paid for our meal. But for some reason, he paid all of it except for 16,000 KRW (approximately $15 USD). I still don't understand why."

It does seem like a rather bizarre thing to do, so Park Seul Gi asked him why he left the small amount on the bill. He explained, "Isn't it funny? You shouldn't pay for everything on your first meeting," making Park Seul Gi laugh. When she said, "I should ask you to pay for my food, too," the actor joked back, "I guess I have to avoid you."
