She's been cast as the female lead in MBC Every1's 'Love Frequency 37.2', for which the premise is one that deals with the love issues of various listeners of a radio show, which is being illegally hosted by a 'DJ Captain' (played by Yoon Gun). Ahyoung will be playing different characters for each episode, and and for the second radio listener story, she will be the female lead.

The idol-turned-actress shared, "I'm happy and thankful that I'm able to work with a great drama. It's different from what I've done until now, and it's a drama that is created with a new love story every episode. I'll be able to show various sides as different characters, so I'm looking forward to it. Since I have an important role, I'll work hard in the filming."
The drama will start airing mid-November! Others who have been cast include Yoon Gun, as mentioned above, Choi Yoon So, Jin Hyung Bin, and Yook Jin Wook.
