In the clip above, Minhyuk starts off by saying, "Other people wanted to be #1 in studying, in exercise, but for me, I dreamed of becoming the #1 bridegroom ever since I was really young." He continues, "I wanted to become the #1 husband, so I did a lot of research on how to do so."
He continued to list the basic skills he found that a husband-to-be should have. The first was regarding his table manners: "When meeting my future bride's family, I really wanted to hear, 'Oh, this guy was well-educated at home'. [And so], ever since I was little I practiced using chopsticks."
The second skill he discussed concerns his communication with his future spouse. He said, "Because I wanted to become a guy who is loved, for the girl I will love I wanted to be able to contact her quickly. While my friends were all playing games, I practiced typing and sending messages quickly."
Minhyuk concluded, "Out of the [basic skills] that I found, I realized that a man's life is his lower back." He explained, "From that point on, in order to have a strong waist, I started doing handstands as exercise."
At this, the ever bold and blunt Kim Gu Ra asked, "Now that you're an adult, you understand what it means to have strength in your waist, right?"
Towards the end of the video, Minhyuk shows off his handstands, which he perfected after years of practice.
