'Infinity Challenge' throws out completed filming session after Gil's departure

A completed episode of MBC's 'Infinity Challenge' has been revealed to be scrapped after member Gil's departure following a drunk driving incident.


The 'lost episode' would have featured a detective special and a hide-and-seek chasing game themed around a stolen World Cup trophy. However, given the circumstances surrounding Gil's departure as well as the Sewol ferry incident, the episode has been scrapped.


"We may re-shoot the detective special in a new format, but it will take some time," an MBC representative revealed.
