Actress Lee Mi Yeon is the next celebrity to donate 100 million KRW (~$97,000) to the Sewol relief effort.

A UNICEF Korea rep revealed, "Lee Mi Yeon directly donated 100 million KRW (~$97,000) and requested that the donation be used for the students... The donation will be used for the students who were affected by the Sewol accident according to Lee Mi Yeon's wishes."
UNICEF Korea will use the donations to cover the school expenses and counseling program for the students and educational authorities at Danwon High School.
