Singer Park Ji Yoon divulged her method to maintaining a slim figure on KBS 2TV's '1 Vs. 100'.

She shared the obvious, saying, "I exercise diligently, regulate my diet, and eat mainly healthy foods. I try to eat at scheduled times. My life is an irregular business and when I was young, I would not eat and then eat all at once, ruining my health."
Park Ji Yoon continued, "In a way, it's something I learned from promoting for such a long time. I pack my meals, and when I have time, I try to eat three meals a day."
