Mystic89 merges with Family Actors

Both agencies announced through a press release on March 19, "Mystic89 and Family Actors entered a merger on the 11th."�Mystic89's CEO Lee Hak Hee stated, "Following the signing of an MOU last summer, both agencies rapidly grew. We complemented each other's lacking areas a lot and created a synergistic effect that was beyond our expectations. Upon observing that process, we are confident that this merger will enable a brighter future."

Family Actors' CEO Yang Byung Yong stated, "Both agencies utilized their characteristic colors and decided to work separately and together with a win-win strategy. We will do our best together and try to grow as fast as possible. We will produce high-quality content that encompasses the entire scope of the entertainment industry and use good marketing."

The newly combined label�will continue to represent its respective artists and actors under their original, separate agencies.�
