Both agencies announced through a press release on March 19, "Mystic89 and Family Actors entered a merger on the 11th." Mystic89's CEO Lee Hak Hee stated, "Following the signing of an MOU last summer, both agencies rapidly grew. The newly combined label will continue to represent its respective artists and actors under their original, separate agencies.
