The January 28 installment of KBS 2TV's 'Our Neighborhood Arts and Physical Education' (aka 'Cool Kiz On The Block') featured the basketball team's departure to winter off-season training. As this was the final recording for TVXQ's Changmin, the production team prepared a surprise video for him. Saying they needed to analyze the team's history, they turned on the video, which instead showed the other members leaving thoughtful messages for Changmin.
J.Y. Park showed he was understanding, saying Changmin was probably much more nervous for his music promotion than basketball competitions. On the contrary Changmin said he was sorry towards Yunho, who might get upset about this, but practicing and performing for singing promotions were not nerve-wracking for him at all. He was more nervous about making mistakes while playing basketball because he had become so immersed in the sport.
Jo Dal Hwan said, "I heard that you were finishing almost a year-long journey. When I look back on that time, I think I learned a lot about your character. I will always support Changmin."
Lee Jong Soo said, "It's a shame that Changmin will be leaving. I think you will leave with a heavy heart. I will always support you. You did a good job." Lee Byung Jin said, "I think you should be called Best Changmin rather than Strongest Changmin. I cried and laughed with you and all of that will remain as good memories. We are always on your side."
