Psy meets President Park Geun Hye at the '2014 Korea Night' function in Switzerland

According to a representative from YG Entertainment, Psy was an honorary ambassador at the 6th '2014 Korea Night' function that took place at the Davos Belvedere Hotel in Switzerland on January 21.  The event had approximately 400 national leaders in politics and economics.  This, of course, included the South Korean President Park Geun Hye whom Psy met and they both gave speeches to the gathered audience.

At the event, Psy recommended Korean bibimbap to everyone and asked for a toast in English.  Then, he said, "I'm here to introduce you to a little bit of Korean music by my face and by my body shape. Tonight I'm experiencing a creative economy at this moment by attending Korea Night as a singer.  However, don't worry, I'm not going to sing tonight, Thank You."  However, the others requested for a song and chanted "Gangnam Style," creating a fun and amicable atmosphere.

Meanwhile, leaders from all over the world will be taking part in the 4-day event 'The Reshaping of the World' at the Davos Forum from January 22 to 26.  After the function, Psy will be returning to Korea to prepare for his comeback in February!
