A SBS rep told OSEN on the 16th, "After discussion, Gary's 'Shower Later' music video and song were deemed unsuitable for broadcast... Because it contains mature, provocative content, curses, and inappropriate expressions, it has been deemed unfit for broadcast."
A KBS rep stated, "We plan to hold a discussion on the 16th." An MBC rep also stated, "We will discuss is on the 21st and we plan to relay the decision to the artist's reps on the 22nd."
Gary's agency Leessang Company rep responded to the broadcast ban to MBN Star, "It was an expected result... If we were to have worried about the broadcast issue early on, the album would've never been released... We also don't have any plans to carry out broadcast activities with this album."
Although the mature content of the song and MV are too much for major broadcast channels, which have to be mindful of its audience of all ages, his fans have been showing it lots of love and that seems to be enough for Gary, who has been involved with the production of every song on his solo mini album.
