Gong Yoo's rep said, "As it has been a while since there was news of him in a photo shoot, the nation's fans already started hurrying to different online bookstore sites to reserve a copy."
Gong Yoo is currently looking forward to the premiere of his first movie in two years, 'The Suspect'. He discussed this as well as his last film production 'Crucible', which centered on the true story of the sexual abuse of the young hearing-impaired at Gwangju Inhwa School, in the accompanying interview with the magazine:
"It was my first time filming for a movie during a period of nine months and it took six months for it to premiere, so if you look at it year-wise, it was a two-year product. The director says it is now up to him, but truthfully, we have already become a family. I feel a responsibility. As the premiere date nears, I feel more burdened and nervous.
During the time of 'Crucible', I felt a very strange mixture of happiness and fear. On one side, the movie had an enormous power of influence that I never expected. I had read the book and thought I wanted to do something if I could. I wanted to make people aware of this, so I proposed the production. I never even imagined that it would go so far as this. One aspect of this movie would, to some degree, comfort anyone who has experienced unreasonable things and been hurt deeply. The fact that a method to prevent a second and third round of victims in the future has been created is a tremendous event. It made me feel very peculiar."
His full interview with 'Singles' will be released on November 22! Meanwhile, check out his pictures from the shoot below.
