According to the police, 'A' says that she was sexually assaulted by her CEO, Mr. Choi (45), after drinking together.

The alleged incident took place on the night of the 4th when 'A' and Mr. Choi went to eat and drink after she participated in some kind of performance event held at Chungjoo. 

'A's older brother spoke to the media, revealing, "At the time, while drinking makgeolie (rice wine) that Mr. Choi poured for her, 'A' noticed white powder specks in the drink. She asked what it was and Mr. Choi told her that it was remnants of ingredients used to make the makgeolie leftover at the bottom, which she thought was suspicious but drank. She can not remember anything that happened after then... The next morning she returned home but realizing that her underwear had been stripped off, she filed a report with the police. To prove that she had been sexually assaulted, she has also completed a check up at the hospital."

Regarding this, 'A's agency commented, "We cannot talk about this as the police investigation hasn't begun yet... We will tell the truth as is at the police station and then respond to all this with legal action." 

When asked about updates, the police said, "'A' says that she cannot remember the incident so we're having some difficulties with our investigation."
