The romantic comedy drama hasn't kicked off to a fantastic start in terms of viewer ratings but it seems that didn't discourage the cast who remained hard at work. Lee Dong Gun, who returned to K-drama land in five years, proved that his lengthy hiatus didn't faze him by getting absorbed in his script. Yonghwa, who has given fans second-lead syndrome as the perfect chaebol, also made sure to go over his lines between breaks.

A rep commented, "The passion and endless effort of the actors are shown as they never let go of their scripts even during breaks... Please watch the time-slip drama 'The Future Choice', made by the actors' hard work, until the very end."
