TEEN TOP celebrated Niel's 19th birthday.
Niel turned 19 on August 16, but as they're busy with their schedules, they were only able to throw him a birthday party in the company van.
Of course, being the TEEN TOP boys, the party was a bit chaotic with Chunji and Ricky trying (and failing) to light the candles with the provided match, the other members blowing out Niel's candles before he could, C.A.P digging into the cake before Niel even finished talking, and all the members distracting the camera from Niel's talk.
