When celebrities are on the block and accused of getting plastic surgery, most of them deny it vehemently. However, Lee Si Young�isn't one of them - when she got popular through 'We Got Married' and rumors sparked, she admitted the fact right away.
She was a guest on a recent episode of 'Knee Drop Guru', and the MCs asked her about her plastic surgery rumors. She responded coolly, "I was honest when my past photos came out for the first time, too. I admitted it because you can obviously tell (comparing the photos)."

It looks like some other celebrities should take her example and just be confident with the truth.
