SISTAR's Soyu recently cleared up rumors about her being the richest idol on the July 30 installment of SBS' 'Incarnation.'
Rumors were circulating that she gets VIP treatment at a bank. Soyu addressed the rumors and said, "If there was 1,000 dollars in the bank, Hyorin would use all of that. However, if I had $1,000 in the bank I would take out $500 and put it away into savings." She continued, "I'm not a VIP at the bank. I'm just good at saving my money."
Soyu also said her family was not well-off when she was younger, so she worked various part time jobs. "I made my own allowance and spent it. I even got a job as a hairdresser so I have a license for that."
Shin Dong Yup brought laughter to the audience and said, "A true VIP at the bank isn't the ones with high balances, it's someone who takes out a lot of loans."
