The new hosts of 'Music Core', Noh Hong Chul, SHINee's Minho, and Kim So Hyun, apologized on behalf of the show for the mix-up between K.Will and INFINITE on last week's episode.
The April 20th broadcast was the first to incorporate the new rating system, and it wasn't without hiccups. K.Will's "Love Blossom" was mistakenly announced as #1, and his trophy was taken away in order to be given to the actual winners, INFINITE. Though K.Will insisted he was okay, many viewers complained that the error was too big to ignore.
'Music Core' previously explained what exactly happened, and the hosts made sure to apologize to viewers on the April 27th show. They stated, "There was a big mistake last week. We'll be paying a lot of attention, so that it doesn't happen again." Noh Hong Chul added, "We apologize. We made a big mistake, changing the ranking on a live broadcast. This won't happen twice."
He also visited K.Will in the waiting room personally to say, "We apologize again for last week," giving him a very low bow.
