Comedian Noh Hong Chul recently expressed his shock over his sudden international fame after his brief, but memorable cameo in Psy's "Gangnam Style" MV.

Noh Hong Chul tweeted Psy on the 6th, "A-Yo! Hyung~^^ Really what just happened?! So many want to see my dance... The U.S., England, and even Iraq...! I refused~and refused~ but they kept saying please~ And I give them permission... I try my best...", along with a photo.

The photo shows the comedian re-enacting his popular cameo in Psy's "Gangnam Style" video by dancing his infamous hip thrust in an elevator above an overseas fan. The fan seems happily amused as he re-enacts the role of Psy in the famous MV.

Psy recently stated, "A lot of people [abroad] ask me who the person in the elevator does for a living. I just tell them he is a crazy person which makes them like him even more."

In other news, Psy is currently preparing to release an album worldwide this coming March.
