Boy group VIXX recently held a fan meeting entitled 'VIXX's Class', celebrating their 100th day since debut on the 31st of last month. The fan meeting took place at the cafe known for being the filming location for recently completed drama 'Gentlemen's Class'.
Prior to the event, VIXX had made an announcement amidst preparations for their 100 day celebration that they would "not be accepting gifts from fans", which fans had difficulty believing. However, on the day of the event, VIXX brought to attention a charity organization that they had been supporting since before their debut, and asked fans to send contributions for the charity instead of gifts.
Leader N later explained the reason for declining gifts: "We are extremely thankful for the gifts that fans give VIXX, but with the money that some of you worked hard for or saved your allowance diligently for, we would rather use that money to do something good together with fans rather than just enjoy by ourselves."
