On the latest episode of MBC's 'Section TV Entertainment Relay', the hosts caught up with stars Park Han Byul and Joo Sang Wook, who shared some of their secrets for achieving and maintaining a fit body.
"I always put tension on my stomach," Park Han Byul revealed. "Since it's always under stress, it creates the determination for toned abs."
Joo Sang Wook threw in some pointers of his own. "It's easy to have a fit body. Just keep exercising and bear it. In fact, I only ate chicken breast for one month."
