On the November 29th episode of SBS 'Strong Heart', former Turbo member Kim Jung Nam reminisced of the old days saying, "We used to have such a jam-packed schedule. Every day we had at least ten things lined up, and at most around 17 different performances and programs that we had to attend. A few times, we were on an airplane five different times in a single day." "It was nice to take a break from all of that for awhile, but once people stopped becoming interested in me, I wondered about what I needed to do for the rest of my life. The only thing I knew how to do was sing and dance. I never felt so lost," Kim Jung Nam continued. "I developed social anxiety and I couldn't bear to turn on the TV. For a year and two months, I sat in my room alone," he informed. The singer wanted to shift his focus, so he started playing games under the handle 'Blader Dancer'. For a year, he did nothing but play games, even foregoing meals at times. "I didn't eat, I didn't sleep... I poured all my energy into gaming," he explained, confessing that he became an addict. "I finally realized however that gaming was runiing my body. Some parts of my body became paralyzed. I was experiencing all the symptoms of an addict gamer to the fullest", he continued. The singer earned the applause of everyone on set when he went on to explain that he took medication and received treatment for six months, and is now doing much better. Source & Image : Star News
