On the November 11th episode of KBS 2TV's 'Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook', singer John Park expressed his deepest respects towards legendary musician Kim Dong Ryul. John was selected as the singer of the month for the 'ManJiDa' corner of 'Sketchbook', and put on a perfect performance along with guitarist Ham Chunho. MC Yoo Hee Yeol asked John Park whether he liked Kim Dong Ryul or him better, startling the young singer. But without wasting a breath, John answered, "I'm a fan of yours, but Kim Gong Ryul sunbaenim is someone I keep in the deepest part of my heart." Yoo Hee Yeol responded to his answer with, "Well, I don't really like you either," causing the set to erupt in laughter. "Senior Kim Dong Ryul has helped me a lot until now. He is considerate and always thinks of others before himself," John explained. John effortlessly sang pop song "Stand By Me", leaving the audience members in awe of his performance. The singer who is due to release a new album in January of 2012 will be MCing the 'ManJiDa' corner of 'Sketchbook' for a full month. In related news, Kim Dong Ryul released his audio tracks on the 15th, and will be releasing an off-line album 'kimdongrYULE' for the first time in 46 months. The winter-themed album contains ten new songs, and he has reportedly been working on this album since ten years back. Source & Image : OSEN
