JYJ's first Korean album, "In Heaven", enjoyed a rapid journey to the top right after it hit music sites on September 15th. Holding songs like "In Heaven", "Get Out", and "Fallen Leaves", JYJ's first album became a coveted item on Bugs, Melon, Mnet, Dosirak, and Cyworld BGM. An associate of JYJ's album commented, "Even though they're focusing on outside performances instead of going on air or on music programs, they've received a tremendous amount of response and positive feedback. The reason for this large success is because the public was eagerly waiting for JYJ's domestic album release". "In Heaven" was particularly impressive for the listeners, after it was revealed that the boys wrote songs for their album, thus showcasing their growth not only as singers, but as songwriters as well. The three members worked hard in order to secure their foothold in shifty arenas of the K-Pop world by presenting music that was beautifully harmonized and carefully crafted. JYJ commented, "This is like a JYJ version of 'Fall Love Story'. We focused more on the songs with lyrical melodies and lyrics that stand out". They also added, "We wanted to leave a good memory for those who are always besides us, waiting for our music". In the album, JYJ expressed their thanks and affection towards fans through songs such as "A Boy's Letter", and "You're". Netizens commented, "As expected, JYJ is awesome at harmonizing", "Songs with amazing vocals and sensitivity by the best idols, it's enchanting", and "Now that the album is released, and the world tour is passing by, I can't wait to see them perform".
