T-ara's Jiyeon took on a surprising role for�MBC's 'Miss Ripley' On June 6th! Fans got to see the young idol tackle a challenging part as 'Yu', the daughter of the Japanese Prime Minister. Yu was staying at a hotel in Korea, and caused panic when she slipped away secretly. Actress�Lee Da Hae, who played the role of 'Jang Miri', was sent out on a search for Yu, and finally found her at a 'Hallyu Concert'. During this entire process, it was revealed that�Yu was a lesbian. Yu was interacting mysteriously with her female friend, and Jang Miri later discovers that was the reason why Yu stole away from the hotel; she was 'rebelling' against her father, who was opposed to the relationship. She also tries to gain Yu's sympathy by telling her that her father died because of her, and so Yu should try to avoid making the same mistake that she did. In the end, Yu returns to the hotel and even thanks Jang Miri for telling her the story about her father.
