The actor/singer previously headlined for similar pictures, showing off her hectic work schedule, and although she was determined to "stay awake and show only her prettier sides," it seems she was unable to escape the demands of her busy "Dream High" schedule.
Netizens expressed their concerns by commenting, "How tired must she be to sleep like that?" and "She must be working really hard for the filming."
