MBC's "My Princess" is off to a solid start

MBC's new mini-series, "My Princess," kicked off to a solid start by recording 15.9% in viewer ratings for their pilot episode, which was broadcasted on January 5th. "My Princess" was in the same time slot as SBS's "Sign", which recorded at 16.1%. Although"My Princess" barely missed winning the battle of ratings between the two dramas, the episode still managed to receive positive reviews. Song Seung Hun and Kim Tae Hee's first attempt at the 'romantic comedy' genre snared a lot of the viewers' interest. Song, who plays the role of the wealthy and romantic 'Hae Young', did well in expressing the character's crabby nature, while Kim Tae Hee perfected the stingy role of 'Lee Seul.'
