The Hallyu movement with K-pop at the forefront has been making a big splash in Japan and Southeast Asia, and there's an ever growing fan base in Europe. We know with our analytic data that we have a lot of visitors from Europe but recently Korean news station YTN covered this phenomenon with the focus on the country of France. From a boat club holding a K-pop party on the Seine River in Paris to internet clubs / cafes, K-pop fans can be seen in a variety of places in France. The segment also talks about how the young people appreciate the choreography in K-pop and that France has a small group of passionate people who are fanatical about K-pop. With the internet, these people are also very knowledgeable with K-pop and keep up with all the current events. In addition, the segment talked about the documentary on Korea that aired a few weeks ago in France titled "(Un oeil sur la planète) Corée du Sud." Maybe one day, K-pop acts will perform concerts in Europe in the near future. Check out the segment below. Source: YTN Tip: Doll'Chucky
