Lee Hong Ki was initially disqualified from F.T Island due to his height

F.T Island and Yoo Young Suk were guests on the most recent episode of "Mnet's "Beatle's Code." On this episode, Lee Hong Ki revealed how he was disqualified from the F.T Island audition because of his height. He stated, "When I auditioned, I wasn't at least 180cm, therefore I was cut." However, "1 year later, I was contacted asking if I would like to audition again, so after I was tested, I was admitted into F.T Island as a member." He also joked making the audience fill with laughter, "CNBlue, who debuted after us are all tall. �Most likely, it's because of us."
