2NE1's Sandara Park and Park Bom make the opening pitch for Lotte Giants

It may be World Cup fever everywhere, especially with South Korea's win yesterday but baseball remains very much a popular sport in Korea, even at this moment. Girl group, 2NE1 were invited to the baseball game between Lotte Giants and Hanhwa Eagles at the Sajik Baseball Stadium on June 13th, where Sandara Park and Park Bom did the opening pitch for the home team. It has been a while and while this is just a baseball pitch, it's still better than nothing as fans continue to wait patiently for their comeback.
