Well, it turns out that it was a prank!
The poster who uploaded the original picture wrote a new message on his Cyworld today:
MindContRol Uploaded this on Naver... Is this good? Or is it bad? I dyed my hair and got it curled first!!!!!!!!Okay, 'fess up - which one of you guys fell for this trick? I'll admit, I did a double take when I first saw the photo, but something in the back of my mind told me that it was too good to be true. BRB, gloating; I usually never get this kind of stuff!
