As you all know, JYP's Wonder Girls have been in the States, being successful with their first CD release, as well as releasing a "Nobody" remix by Jason Nevins. They seem to be quite busy these days, right? Well, now they've taken a step further as they seem to be successful on various American radio charts as well! According to JYP Entertainment, Wonder Girl's "Nobody" was played on American radio stations across the country over 65 times in one week (from October 12th- October 18th), which set a new record for them. In a recent America's media base radio chart of broadcast frequency, their standing was 107th, 16 places above their previous standing of 123rd. JYP Entertainment stated, "This chart includes the standings in the billboard chart as well... The raise of their rankings mean a lot... This is caused by their castings throughout different radio programs, as well as a lot of promotions after they toured with America's idol band Jonas Brothers following the release of their digital single 'Nobody' last June." Isn't it great to see the Wonder Girls staying strong in both America and Korea? Let's hope they continue this pace and keep going strong!
