On April 2, Japanese weekly magazine 'Shukan Bunshun' took to its official SNS account to announce a forthcoming report on the romantic involvement of a member from Korea's top female idol group.

The publication refrained from disclosing the real identity of the main individual involved, opting to keep it under wraps until the scheduled release of the photo at noon on April 3 KST.

Notably, in January of the previous year, 'Shukan Bunshun' stirred headlines by publishing a dating photo allegedly featuring Kim Chaewon, a member of the group LE SSERAFIM. The content suggested, "We have obtained a dating photo of a K-pop star who has gained global popularity." However, it was later revealed that the photo in question was digitally manipulated.

Denying any romantic affiliation with Kim Chaewon, the individual identified as Mr. A took to social media to clarify, stating, "The dating rumors are unfounded. Those images are all manipulated, and I am merely a fan." Likewise, the agency swiftly dismissed the dating speculation, categorically labeling it as "baseless."
