The anticipation for the Marvel movie 'The Marvels,' is growing as the official poster with the major characters has been unveiled, weeks before its release next month.

On October 16, Marvel Studios piqued interest when they took to their official Instagram account to share character posters for their soon-to-be-released film - 'The Marvels.'

Showcased prominently on the poster were the central characters: Captain Marvel (played by Brie Larson), Monica Rambeau (portrayed by Teyonah Parris), Ms. Marvel (portrayed by Iman Vellani), and Nick Fury (crafted by Samuel L. Jackson). Significantly, the poster for Park Seo Joon, who plays 'Prince Yan,' was also among the main character posters. This has added a layer of excitement for ever-eager Korean fans.

Park Seo Joon is the third Korean actor to star in a Marvel film, following actors Soo Hyun and Ma Dong Seok. In 'The Marvels', Park Seo Joon plays the role of Prince Yan from the alien planet Aladna. Uniquely, he also plays the husband of the main character, Captain Marvel, which has piqued fans’ interest.

Earlier, Park Seo Joon had briefly appeared in the trailer for 'The Marvels,' sporting long hair. This unconventional look has now been similarly replicated on the character poster for Prince Yan.

Fans, on seeing Park Seo Joon's poster, expressed their thrill at his inclusion as a major character. Fans commented, "It's an honor to see him feature on an individual poster as a major character," "Long hair suits him," and "Can't wait to see the role he will play and the resulting performance."

Contrarily, there were a few apprehensions among netizens who expressed disappointment over the brief screen time of Park Seo Joon in the trailer and curiosity over his role in the actual movie. Comments included statements such as, "The trailer had too little screen time of him, leaving us uncertain about his role," "He doesn't look like an alien," and "His vibe is so different from his usual aura so it feels a bit jarring."

'The Marvels,' co-starring Park Seo Joon, is set to hit the screens in Korea on November 8. With the unveiling of the character posters, anticipation continues to rise, leaving fans eagerly waiting for the film’s release.
