The producers of SBS' 'Strong Family 2017' have apologized for using Jessica's name in a funeral scene for the drama.
Though a rep for the production team previously stated the use of her name was just a coincidence, they've since apologized to Jessica for using her birth name as a dead relative of her younger sister, f(x)'s Krystal, in the series. On April 28, a rep announced, "We acknowledge that there was a mistake on the part of the producers, and we apologized to Jessica's side. Jessica's side has also accepted the apology."
The former Girls' Generation member had also expressed her displeasure about her name being used in the scene, posting to Instagram comments, "Are they crazy? Let's live long. Let's live a long long life."
