The label is preparing to open up an alternative high school called 'K-Pop International School' that will teach actual subjects such as Korean, English, and Mathematics, but also teach other subjects such as music, ballet, and more that would help students become celebrities.

The school will be an actual school, so it will prepare students for middle school and high school qualification exams, as well as programs to receive middle school and high school certification from USA. It will be bringing foreign transfer students, with the school body made up of 70% foreigners and 30% Koreans.
SM Entertainment is aiming to open in September, with 50-100 studetns as the first years.
As I understand it, they are unlikely to give an IB Diploma, but rather just a certificate and knowledge that can only be appreciated in a narrow circle of K-pop, although what else do they need?)
