The show will simply be called 'High School Rapper', and is currently recruiting high schoolers who wish to audition for the program. It will be MC-ed by Jung Jun Ha and HaHa.
Jung Jun Ha said about becoming a host for the show, "I think I have a lot of ties with hip-hop this year. I'm learning about hip-hop and rap's appeal more and more. I'm glad I'll be able to work with HaHa, and I'm anticipating the honest, bare bone stories of [high schoolers] in the their 10's." HaHa also said, "I was once a high schooler who dreamed of becoming a rapper, so [this program] makes me think about my youth days, and I also want to listen to the honest stories of today's youths from the perspective of a father. I'm excited at the prospect of discovering hidden talent. I'm honored to do this program."
'High School Rapper' will be recruiting audition-ees until December 25 via email and Instagram, before it airs some time in February of next year.
