A viewer is thanking SBS drama, 'Incarnation of Jealousy' for helping her potentially save her life.
The viewer's name is Miss Ahn, and she's never thought about breast cancer and was watching 'Incarnation of Jealousy' because she is a big fan of Jo Jung Suk and Gong Hyo Jin. However, during an episode where Na Ro (played by Gong Hyo Jin) was talking about breast cancer symptoms, the viewer started to think that the symptoms matched what she experienced.
Ahn wrote, "I thought to myself, I can feel something too... No way, but I remembered that the doctor told me to get a breast ultrsound after my last annual check up...When I went in, I got diagnosed with breast cancer."
She added, "I booked an operation for the end of November. I felt like my life fell apart when I was diagnosed with cancer... but when I watched Hwa Shin (portrayed by Jo Jung Suk) get better quickly after radiotherapy, I could calmly accept my situation," thanking the drama team.
The staff of 'Incarnation of Jealousy' responded, "We were encouraged that we could provide entertainment as well as helpful information to our viewers... We sincerely hope that the viewer who wrote that will recover soon."
