MBC aired the 'Idol Chef King' Chuseok special on September 14, and 217 idol stars competed in the huge cooking battle!

The three teams that made the top out of all the competition were ZE:A's Kwanghee and I.B.I's Hyeri, BTOB's Sungjae and Eunkwang, and SISTAR's Soyu and Cosmic Girl's Dayoung. Though miss A's Fei was expected by all the judges to be one of the strongest idol cooks, she unfortunately didn't make the final battle.
The final three teams were given the secret missions to use dried persimmon, sweet pumpkin, and jujubees, and Kwanghee and Hyeri made their own tteokgalbi, Soyu and Dayoung made carbonara, and Sungjae and Eunkwang cooked up some pasta.
In the end, Sungjae's team placed 3rd, Soyu's team came 2nd, and Kwanghee took the title of 'Idol Chef King' with Hyeri's help. Congratulations to Kwanghee!
