Yoochun claimed that the woman, her boyfriend, and her cousin, who is said to be affiliated with a gang, used the sexual assualt suit as pretext to demand 500 million KRW (~$448,895 USD), and countersued them for false charges and blackmail.
Police confirmed that after the woman filed a lawsuit, around 100 million KRW (~$89,828 USD) was exchanged between her and Yoochun's party.
Once the final decision is made on the arrest warrants submitted by Yoochun, police plan to take their hands off the case and forward it to prosecution.
